Who the data controller is
The controller of your personal data is me, Jakub Simon, custom web design, Company ID (IČO) 29723311, registered in Brno. You can contact me by e-mail at [email protected].
What data I collect
When you write to me through the contact form on this website, I process only the details you fill in yourself:
- your name (what I should call you),
- your contact details, an e-mail address or a phone number, so I can get back to you,
- your message and the type of website you are interested in.
I do not collect any sensitive data and I do not use advertising tracking cookies.
Why I process it
I use the data solely to handle your enquiry, that is, to reply to you, arrange a consultation and prepare a quote. I do not use it for anything else and I do not sell it to anyone.
How the message is sent
The form sends your message to my inbox by e-mail through the FormSubmit service, which handles delivery (it acts as an intermediary for sending the e-mail). The website itself runs on the Cloudflare platform, whose servers process the usual technical data needed to run and secure the website (for example your IP address).
How long I keep the data
I keep your enquiry for as long as is necessary to handle it and for any follow-up work together. If you ask me to, I will delete your data.
Your rights and deleting your data
You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted entirely. Just write to [email protected] and I will deal with your request as soon as possible.
